Cola Cao is a product that have been in the Spanish children's breakfast for more of sixty years. It's chocolat powder (sorry, I don't know how to say this :-)) and it is in the mind of every Spanish man and woman, in the place destinated to lovely childhood memories. This old advertising was created in fifties. I could see that this same kind of illustration was popular in everywhere, since the drawings in the advertisements from USA of this epoch were very similar. I hope you enjoy it :-) Regards.
